The Diverse Staffing General Clerk II at this client location performs the following responsibilities:

• Courthouse deliveries/pickups when needed for trials, arbitrations, filings, etc.

• File organization and case intake, including daily entries in case management system and electronic shared drive.

• Creation and maintenance of a spreadsheet/database system for organization and tracking of incoming civil right matters.

• Research and investigative case support using various legal and non-legal databases and websites.

• Financial and health care fraud data analysis and tracking.

• PowerPoint and other software applications for AUSA assistance and support in investigation and negotiation of affirmative matters.

• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• US Citizen who has lived in the U.S. three out of the last five years

• Ability to pass an in-depth criminal background check and credit check (no collections or recent bankruptcies.

• Ability to pass a drug screen

• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel are required.
