We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. This role will be a part of a talented team of engineers tasked with demonstrating superb technical competency, delivering mission-critical infrastructure, and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement network configurations, system integration, and performance tuning.

Proactively administer Microsoft-based environments from a remote standpoint.

Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers, proxy servers, and switches.

Maximize network performance through ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting network problems, and outages, and scheduling upgrades within a Managed Services Provider environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and system interfaces.

Follows established process and procedures to plan, install, test, and implement computer system hardware or software technologies. 

Qualifications:

Degree in Information Technology, or a related field.  Industry certifications may substitute for a bachelor’s degree with the right balance of experience and certifications.  

A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in a network engineering or system administration role.

Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.

Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools.

Experience with Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office products, network printing and troubleshooting, Office 365, mainstream software products, anti-virus theories and methodology, LAN/WAN fundamentals.  

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
