Diverse Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Staffing On-Site Manager to join our team at our partnered client warehouse facility in Savannah, GA. As the Staffing On-Site Manager, you will oversee all staffing operations within the warehouse, ensuring that all positions are filled promptly and efficiently to meet production demands.

What will you do?

Coordinate and manage the recruitment process for all warehouse positions

Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring decisions

Develop and implement strategies to improve recruitment and retention of warehouse staff

Address any staffing-related issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner

Collaborate with warehouse management to align staffing needs with production goals

Monitor and track key performance indicators related to staffing and workforce management 

About you

Fluent in English and Spanish, preferred but not required

On-site Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources roles

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Knowledge of warehouse operations and staffing best practices

OSHA regulations and safety standards

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
