Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

Responsible for proper set up and operation of in line drawing machines. Able to perform all aspects of die change overs and set ups. Able to cold weld.

Responsible for proper set up and operation of assigned enamel lines. Able to perform all aspects of die setting, change overs and set ups to ensure high quality magnet wire; split, add and remove passes as required.

Able to resolve oven wrecks in a timely manner. Perform lot changes on rectangular products.

Responsible for completing all required pre-production test on all products.

Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving production and quality issues on all lines. Perform PEC checks with safety and the quality of the product as primary consideration, PEC checks include but are not limited to cleaning dies, applicators, vacuuming required areas and the alignment of applicators and fingers.

Responsible for the quality of the finished product. Identifies problems in the enameling process and completes corrective action.

This Job Requires:

Computer literate

1 year manufacturing experience

Experience using a draw machine is a plus

Can lift up to 90 pounds.

Comfortable standing or moving for the full shift.

Teamwork and cooperative mindset.

Punctual and ready to work.

Bilingual is a plus
