Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

Assist Operations Manager by providing leadership and instructions to production line.

Assist production’s overall objective to ensure all products produced meets company quality standards and is completed on time and in an efficient manner.

Able to operate all equipment to achieve daily production goals.

Ability to plan, train, and communicate effectively.

Plan and schedule staffing requirements.

Inform the supervisor of work status, suggestions, and any concerns.

This Job Requires:

Proficient in MS Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.

3 years load experience in manufacturing environment.

Provide instructions to a workforce that’s 90% temporary workers.

Ability to read and understand assembly instructions, drawings, and BOM in English.

Communicate and clearly train assembly staff.

Label print software and Serial Scanning systems.

Punctual and ready to work.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
