Job Position: Production Manufacturing Manager (Travel)

Location: Whiteland, IN  46184

Pay Rate: $85,000 – $105,000 

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday

 Diverse Staffing has partnered with a fast-growing company to source a Production Manufacturing Manager.  Our client utilizes automation, robotics, and software to deliver efficient packaging and assembly solutions in the food and beverage industry.  The Production Manufacturing position will be responsible for managing operations at several customer facilities.

 Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

Daily production measured by output per day and machine uptime

Daily scheduling of production based on weekly capacity plan

Daily management of forklift operations to support production activity

Daily management of ERP and WMS system related to line production

Startup of multiple/new locations based on engineering and design parameters following FAT

Management of team performance based on metrics and KPIs across multiple locations

Maintain and track daily labor hours by line associate to support invoice reconciliation

Support and coordination with capacity planning and scheduling functions

Maintain and follow all local site safety and quality related functions

Training of production team in all areas

(Oversight) Ordering all warehouse supplies (PPE, glue, shrink wrap, etc.)

Management of spare parts and supplies

Engage with Sojo Maintenance on routine and ad-hoc maintenance and repair

All other duties as directed by VP- Operations

This Job Requires:

Valid Driver’s License.

Minimum of 5 years of Production Management.

Minimum of 5 years of Management.

Physical Demands:

Can lift up to 50 pounds. 

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

HS Diploma or equivalent
