Shift: Days (8a-8p) Rotating Schedule of 2 Days on/3 Days off, 3 Days on/ 2 Days off

Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

Conduct physical tests on magnet wire and evaluate results.

Operate precision measuring devices like tensile testers, micrometers, and calipers.

Assist in developing test methods and quality procedures.

Provide technical training for quality control and testing.

Record and store quality data using computer software.

Support Product Development Engineers in qualification and validation tests.

Manage scrap waste and perform audits.

Inspect raw materials, in-process, and final product quality.

Investigate customer returns and non-conformances.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

This Job Requires:

Computer literate – proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

One (1) year manufacturing experience

Read, write, perform mathematical calculations

Can lift up to 40 pounds.

Good eyesight (with safety glasses) and hearing (with PPE in noisy environments)

Ability to hear; excessive noise level requires the use of hearing PPE

Comfortable standing or moving for the full shift.

Teamwork and cooperative mindset.

Punctual and ready to work.
