We are now seeking a skilled Tier 3 Engineer to join our dynamic team and provide advanced technical support to our diverse clientele.
As a Tier 3 Engineer, you will be at the forefront of resolving complex technical issues and delivering high-quality IT solutions. You will leverage your expertise to support and optimize our clients’ IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and maximum up time.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for escalated technical issues across a range of IT environments.
Perform deep-dive diagnostics and develop technical solutions for complex IT problems.
Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams to ensure efficient resolution of client issues.
Implement and maintain network systems, servers, and other critical IT infrastructure.
Proactively monitor systems and networks to prevent issues and ensure optimal performance.
Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and installations.
Document solutions and contribute to the development of knowledge base resources.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 of years of experience in systems engineering, IT support, or a related technical role.
Strong expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
Proficiency in operating systems, such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Extensive knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud platforms.
Experience with network configurations, security protocols, and firewall management.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), are highly desirable.
