The pay rate is $23.00/hr.

Up to 56 hours of accrued sick leave

Work hours are 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays and Office closures.

The Diverse Staffing Paralegal I at this client location performs the following responsibilities:

Provide examination of legal instruments

Review legal instruments (completeness of information, proper execution)

Conduct research and obtain additional information related to specific cases

Determine correctness of action (per Government regulations, procedures, etc.).

Gather facts for cases and routine reports

Perform initial review of petitions

Additional duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

Paralegal certificate

1 year of experience

Technical aptitude with numerous software

US Citizen who has lived in the U.S. three out of the last five years

Ability to pass an in-depth criminal background check and credit check (no collections or recent bankruptcies.

Ability to pass a drug screen
